Harmonia Pavilion is not in Chennai, and we would rather say that first. It is at Ramapuram, Sriperumbudur, directly on the Chennai to Bengaluru highway — about an hour out, in a green, low-pollution setting that a plot inside the city cannot offer at this price.

For most families that hour is the whole point: parents get space, air and a community, and children in Chennai can still come for dinner on a weekday.

How far is it, really

Sriperumbudur bus terminus 5 km. Ramanujar temple 6 km. Thiruvallur railway station 20 km. Chennai airport 42 km.

Saveetha Medical College and Hospital is about 10 km away. An ambulance is kept on site for hospital transfers, so the distance is covered rather than hoped about.
