Blue Circle Living
Blue Circle Living is how life at Harmonia is designed. It draws on the everyday habits found in the world's longest-living communities: growing your own food, moving through the day naturally, eating simply, and staying part of a community that spans every generation.
We are not making a medical claim, and we will not pretend a postcode adds years to anyone's life. What we can do is design a place where the healthy thing is also the easy thing: where food is cooked fresh, where the walk to the temple is short, where there is soil to work, and where you are surrounded by people of every age rather than only your own.

Cultivation inside the community
There is cultivation within the community, looked after by Lancor, so growing and picking your own produce is part of daily life here rather than a chore.

A day that keeps you walking
Walkable, level pathways through green courtyards. A pool, a gym, tennis and badminton, and indoor games, all within the community, so activity is part of the day rather than an appointment.

Simple vegetarian food, cooked fresh
Wholesome vegetarian meals prepared on site, with multicuisine restaurant dining at Cilantro. Healthy food that people actually want to eat.

A township, not a seniors-only enclave
Harmonia sits inside a cross-generational gated community. Seniors are not tucked away among only their peers. Families of every age live here, which is what Lancor calls the joint nuclear family: two generations living separately, yet part of the same community.

The temple at the centre
The Sri Swarna Mahalakshmi temple sits within the community, so daily worship is a short walk, not a journey.
Why a township, not a seniors-only block
Harmonia's residences sit inside a cross-generational gated community. Two generations can live separately and still be part of the same place: the strengths of a joint family, with the independence of a nuclear one. Seniors are not tucked away in a corner where only their peers live.
This is the part most senior living projects cannot offer, and it is the reason Harmonia exists inside a township rather than beside one.
Book a site visit
The best way to understand Harmonia is to walk it and meet the people who live here. Pick a day that suits your family, or ask us to call first. We answer honestly, including on price.
