From January 2027
A small number of homes at Lancor Harmonia will be available to rent from January 2027. The same fitted apartments and villas, the same community kitchen, the same doctor and nurse on site, the same club house and temple. The difference is only that you rent rather than buy.
We are taking names now, so that the families who want one are the first to hear when the homes and the terms are announced.
The family home in the city stays as it is. Your parents try this life for a year first, and nothing irreversible happens.
Some families want to know the place works before they commit to it. Renting is the honest way to find out, and everything here is the same either way.
A parent returning from abroad, or a couple between homes, who need somewhere cared for now rather than a purchase to arrange from 8,000 km away.
We can tell you what the homes are, what comes with them and when they will be ready, because all of that is already true for the families buying here. You can walk the community this week and see it.
We cannot tell you the rent, the deposit or the length of a tenancy, because Lancor has not set them yet. We would rather say that plainly than put a number on a page and change it later. Join the list and you will hear the terms the day they exist, before they are advertised.
